  1. General policy<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

    1.1. This privacy policy regulates the principles regarding the collection, processing and storage of personal data. The personal data is collected, processed and stored by the personal data controller Fibami O\u00fc (hereinafter the data processor).<\/p>

    1.2. The data subject in the sense of the privacy policy is a customer or another person whose personal data is processed by the data processor.<\/p>

    1.3. A customer in the sense of the privacy policy is anyone who buys goods or services from the website of the data processor.<\/p>

    1.4. The data processor complies with the principles of data processing stipulated in legislation, among other things, the data processor processes personal data legally, fairly and securely. The data processor is able to confirm that personal data has been processed in accordance with the provisions of legislation.<\/p>

    1. Collection, processing and storage of personal data<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

      2.1. The personal data that the data processor collects, processes and stores is collected electronically, mainly via the website and e-mail.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

      2.2. By sharing their personal data, the data subject gives the data processor the right to collect, organize, use and manage personal data for the purposes specified in the privacy policy, which the data subject directly or indirectly shares with the data processor when purchasing goods or services on the website.<\/p>

        f) the processing of personal data is necessary in the case of a legitimate interest of the data controller or a third party, unless such interest is outweighed by the interests of the data subject or the fundamental rights and freedoms for which personal data must be protected, especially if the data subject is a child.<\/p>

The data processor has the right to share customers' personal data with third parties, such as authorized data processors, accountants, transport and courier companies, companies providing transfer services. The data processor is the responsible processor of personal data. The data processor transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.<\/p>

        3.6. When processing and storing the personal data of the data subject, the data processor implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or illegal destruction, modification, disclosure and any other illegal processing.<\/p>

        3.7. The data processor stores the data of the data subjects depending on the purpose of the processing, but not longer than 10 years.<\/p>

        1. Rights of the data subject<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

          4.1. The data subject has the right to access and review their personal data.<\/p>

          4.2. The data subject has the right to receive information about the processing of their personal data.<\/p>

          4.3. The data subject has the right to supplement or correct inaccurate data.<\/p>

          4.4. If the data processor processes the data subject's personal data on the basis of the data subject's consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time.<\/p>

          4.5. The data subject can contact the customer support of the e-store by e-mailing info@fibami.com to exercise their rights.<\/p>

          4.6. The data subject can file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate to protect their rights.<\/p>

          1. Final provisions<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

            5.1. These data protection conditions have been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95\/46 \/ EC \/ EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data), Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Estonia law and legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.<\/p>
